Commissions are negotiable. Sellers negotiate with their broker what fees they are willing to pay for their
broker’s services. In addition, what fees they are willing to pay a cooperating broker, if any. Also, the buyer's agent fee could be paid by the seller or buyer.
Some Sellers just want to save money in addition too having their home to receive maximum exposer. This can be done for a REDUCED LISTING FEE.
